Wonderland Community Services is a registered NDIS PROVIDER for Northern Tasmania and further afield offering a range of supportive care services for people with disabilities.

Wonderland now has 2 sites – in Mole Creek AND in Launceston and we offer a range of new services!

It is a time in life where friendship, adventure and learning new things is critical to feeling great about yourself and great about life. That’s why we create a tailored program with a careful blend of chilling out, fun and adventure in the great outdoors while creating positive opportunities for young people to make friends and grow in their life skills.}

More than 150 young people call Wonderland – their home away from home

Supporting participants of all ages in their home in day to day activities – care, fun and support.

Using the great outdoors to build stamina, fun, wonder, build relationships and assist positive mental health.

Ask about our integrated individualised programs addressing specific needs. Beach walks, hiking, camping, fishing, swimming ‘walk and talk’ therapy and sexualised behaviours training – (without embarrassment)

Amazing and creative activities providing opportunities to make friends, learn new skills, prepare for work and be part of the community. (This program can be provided just for the day or for a day and a half per week using short term supported accommodation)

The committed and talented allied health professional team providing Behaviour Support, Therapeutic Support – social emotional and occupational therapy. See http://www.wonderlandprofessionals.com.au

Providing needed medium and longer term and specialist accommodation support.

Platypus Cottage – 104 Pioneer Drive Mole (our original rural site – 1:1 support for high needs participants.
Mountainview House – 98 Pioneer Drive Mole Creek – providing medium term accommodation 2 – 12 weeks.
Worldview Units – Station Rd St Leonards – providing SIL and longer term accommodation (kindly supported by Worldview International Training College).

Medium Term and Longer Term Accommodation and care – provides amazing opportunities for life skills training, exploring strengths and getting ready for independence.
